Old Hmong Hilltribe Hat The Hmong women of Northern Thailand, Laos and China are well known for their beautiful needlework and embroidery. This is a wonderful hat formed from some type of underlying stiff material and covered with fabric that has been embellished with fine cross stitching. This is an older example of this traditional craft and shows only wear consistent with it's age.
