Antique Spanish Colonial Silver Crucifix

This is a wonderful antique silver cross from Bolivia. The silver crucifix dates from the late 19th or early 20th century and shows the distinct influence of Spanish colonial foliate designs melded with a traditional Andean highland image of the Cristo. This is a beautiful colonial cross in excellent condition, showing only wear and a soft patina from devotional use.
