Small Spanish Colonial Silver Santo Niño Shoes

This is a pair of silver filigree shoes that would have adorned a Santo Niño most likely in a church. The hinged articulation was so the shoes could be removed for cleaning. They are in remarkable condition, no filigree breakage that I can see, only slight oxidation. A wonderful reminder of the exquisite silver work of colonial America - a treasure!

Measurements: 2 1/4" long
